The TRUE TUC-93-HC~SPEC3 is a solid door refrigerator with hydrocarbon refrigerant, offering 6" standard or seismic/flanged legs and 2.5" diameter castors. It features a white aluminum interior liner with a stainless floor and coved corners. Optional barrel locks (one per door) and 32 1/8" deep, 1/2" thick cutting boards (white polyethylene or composite, requiring “L” brackets) are available. It includes a half bun tray rack for up to eleven sheet pans and heavy-duty 16-gauge tops. The unit also comes with an exterior round digital temperature display. Upcharges and lead times may apply.
