Our refurbished True® units come with a 7-year warranty on the compressor and a 2-year warranty on all other parts and service.
Can I customize the refurbished units?
Yes, we offer in-house printing for all refurbished units, allowing you to add logos or graphics to the cooler. Additionally, you can add casters for $100 per set of 4, and additional shelving is available at $97 per shelf for our two and three-door units.
What does the refurbishment process involve?
Each unit is stripped down to the basics and rebuilt from the inside out. We use all brand-new OEM parts, new paint, vinyl, and lighting, ensuring the units meet our high-quality standards.
How do I handle any issues during the warranty period?
If you encounter any issues within your warranty period, contact us directly. We will dispatch one of our in-house technicians to service the equipment at your location.

What is required to begin refurbishing a unit?
We begin the refurbishing process once the invoice is paid in full. All our equipment is refurbished to order, ensuring tailored quality.
What is the production time for refurbished units?
The current production time is approximately 2 weeks from the date of payment.
