The TRUE TUC-67-HC Spec Package 3 Solid Door Refrigerator with hydrocarbon refrigerant offers flexibility in design and function. Options include 6" standard or seismic legs, 21/2" diameter castors, and single or double overshelves. It supports half bun tray racks for eleven 18"L x 26"D sheet pans and can be fitted with interior-mounted pilasters or tray slide kits. ADA-compliant models are available with a 34" work surface height, or opt for a low-profile model at 31 7/8". Cutting boards require "L" brackets, provided by True.
