The TRUE TUC-44-HC Solid Door Refrigerator features hydrocarbon refrigerant and includes 6" standard or seismic/flanged legs and 2½" diameter castors. It has a white aluminum interior liner with a stainless steel floor and coved corners. The unit includes barrel locks (one per door), single or double overshelves, and options for 32 1/8" deep, ½" thick white polyethylene or composite cutting boards (requires “L” brackets). It also accommodates a half bun tray rack for up to eleven 18" x 26" sheet pans (sold separately). The heavy-duty 16 gauge tops and exterior round digital temperature display complete the SPEC3 package. Upcharges and lead times may apply.
