The TRUE TSSU-60-16-DS-ST-HC is a solid door sandwich/salad unit with hydrocarbon refrigerant. It features 6" standard or seismic legs, 2.5" diameter castors, and barrel locks (factory-installed, one per door). Optional items include additional shelves, single or double overshelves, flat lids, and a sneezeguard. It supports various cutting boards (requires “L” brackets), includes a crumb catcher (requires compatible cutting board), and pan dividers. The unit has an exterior rectangular digital temperature display and is ADA-compliant with a 34" work surface height. Upcharges and lead times may apply.
