The TRUE TSSU-60-08-HC~SPEC3 solid door sandwich/salad unit with hydrocarbon refrigerant features a 34" ADA-compliant work surface height. It includes options for 6" standard or seismic/flanged legs, or 2½” castors. The unit is equipped with barrel locks, additional shelves, a single or double overshelf, a flat lid, and a sneeze guard. It offers various cutting board options (19" white polyethylene or composite, up to ¾" thick) and includes a crumb catcher, pan dividers, and an exterior digital temperature display.
