The TRUE TSSU-60-08-HC solid door sandwich/salad unit with hydrocarbon refrigerant features a 34" ADA-compliant work surface height. It includes options for 6" standard or seismic/flanged legs, or 2½” castors. The unit comes with barrel locks, single or double overshelf, flat lid, and a sneeze guard. It offers various cutting board options (19" polyethylene or composite, up to ¾" thick), a crumb catcher, pan dividers, and an exterior digital temperature display.
