The TRUE TSSU-48-12D-2-HC Sandwich/Salad Unit with Door/Drawers and Hydrocarbon Refrigerant features a 230-240V/50 Hz power supply. It includes options for 6" standard or seismic/flanged legs, 2.5" diameter castors, and a factory-installed barrel lock for the door section. Customization options include additional shelves, a single or double overshelf, a flat lid, and a sneezeguard. The unit comes with a composite cutting board (11 3/4" deep, 1/2" thick) requiring “L” brackets and a crumb catcher that necessitates a compatible cutting board for proper installation. It also features pan dividers and an exterior rectangular digital temperature display. ADA-compliant with a 34" work surface height. Upcharges and lead times may apply.
