The TRUE TSSU-48-08-HC~SPEC3 Solid Door Sandwich/Salad Unit with Hydrocarbon Refrigerant operates on 230-240V/50 Hz and features 6" standard or seismic/flanged legs, 2.5" diameter castors, and factory-installed barrel locks. Customizable options include additional shelves, single or double overshelves, a flat lid, and a sneezeguard. Cutting boards are provided by others and require “L” brackets (field-installed by True). The unit also includes a crumb catcher (with compatible cutting board), pan dividers, and an exterior rectangular digital temperature display. ADA-compliant with a 34" work surface height.
