The TRUE TFP-64-24M~SPEC3 Drawered Food Prep Unit features an epoxy-coated evaporator to prevent corrosion and an 8" deep, full-length removable cutting board made of high-density white polyethylene. It includes a stainless steel lid and hood with patented foam insulation for colder pan temperatures and reduced condensation. Comes with 24 clear polycarbonate 1/6-size food pans. The countertop pan opening fits various sizes with optional divider bars. NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for open food products.
