The TRUE TFP-64-24M Drawered Food Prep Unit features an epoxy-coated evaporator to prevent corrosion and an 8" deep, full-length removable cutting board made of high-density white polyethylene for a durable prep surface. It includes a stainless steel, foam-insulated lid and hood to keep pan temperatures colder, retain freshness, and reduce condensation. The unit comes with 24 clear polycarbonate 1/6-size food pans and accommodates various pan sizes with optional divider bars. NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for open food products.
