The TRUE TFP-48-18M-D-4~SPEC3 Drawered Food Prep Unit features an epoxy-coated evaporator to resist corrosion, an 8" deep, removable cutting board made from NSF-approved high-density polyethylene, and a stainless steel lid and hood with foam insulation to maintain cold temperatures and reduce condensation. It includes 18 clear polycarbonate 1/6-size food pans and complies with NSF/ANSI Standard 7 for open food products. Pan openings accommodate various sizes with optional divider bars.
