The TRUE TFP-48-18M-D-4 Drawered Food Prep Unit features an epoxy-coated evaporator to resist corrosion. It includes an 8" deep, full-length removable cutting board made from NSF-approved high-density white polyethylene. The stainless steel lid and hood are patented and foam-insulated to keep pan temperatures colder, preserve freshness, and minimize condensation, with easy removal for cleaning. The unit comes with 18 NSF-approved clear polycarbonate food pans (1/6 size) and has a countertop opening adaptable to various pan sizes with optional divider bars. It meets NSF/ANSI Standard 7 for open food product storage.
