The TRUE TFP-48-18M-D-2 Door and Drawered Food Prep Unit features an epoxy-coated evaporator to prevent corrosion. It includes an 8" deep, full-length removable cutting board made from high-density white polyethylene. The unit has a patented stainless steel, foam-insulated lid and hood to keep pan temperatures colder, lock in freshness, and minimize condensation, with easy removal for cleaning. It comes with 18 clear polycarbonate food pans (1/6 size) and has a countertop pan opening adaptable to various pan sizes with optional divider bars. This unit meets NSF/ANSI Standard 7 for open food product storage.
