The TRUE TSSU-60-16D-4-HC is a drawered sandwich/salad unit featuring hydrocarbon refrigerant. It includes 6" standard or seismic legs, 2.5" diameter castors, and options for single or double overshelves, flat lids, and a sneezeguard. The unit comes with a 11.75" deep, 1/2" thick composite cutting board (requires “L” brackets), a crumb catcher (requires a compatible cutting board), and pan dividers. It has an exterior rectangular digital temperature display and is ADA-compliant with a 34" work surface height. Upcharges and lead times may apply.
