The TRUE TS-23-HC is a reach-in stainless steel refrigerator with solid swing doors and hydrocarbon refrigerant. It operates on 230-240V/50 Hz and features options for 6" standard or seismic/flanged legs. It includes alternate door hinging (factory installed), additional shelves, half door bun tray racks (each holding up to eleven 18"L x 26"D sheet pans, sold separately), and a full door bun tray rack (holding up to twenty-two 18"L x 26"D sheet pans, sold separately).
