The TRUE STG2HRT-2S-2S Roll-Thru Solid Swing Door Heated Cabinet features an exterior color-coded temperature display for precise internal readings. It is designed to hold warm baked or cooked food, not for heating ambient or cold products. Interior bumpers protect the cabinet from damage caused by roll-in carts. It includes a 12" x 20" pan for added humidity and is NSF/ANSI Standard 4 compliant for open food products.
