The TRUE STG1HRT-1S-1S Roll-Thru Solid Swing Door Heated Cabinet features a color-coded exterior temperature display for accurate internal readings. Designed for holding warm baked or cooked food, it is not suitable for heating cold items. It includes interior bumpers to protect against roll-in cart damage and a 12" x 20" pan for humidity. Compliant with NSF/ANSI Standard 4 for open food products.
