The TRUE TSSU-72-15M-B-HC Mega-Top Solid Door Sandwich/Salad Unit with hydrocarbon refrigerant features 6" standard or seismic legs, 2.5" castors, and factory-installed barrel locks. It offers options for additional shelves, single or double overshelves, a flat lid, and a sneezeguard. The unit includes an 8 7/8" deep, 1/2" thick composite cutting board, a crumb catcher (requires a compatible cutting board), and pan dividers. It also features an exterior rectangular digital temperature display and is ADA compliant with a 34" work surface height. Upcharges and lead times may apply.
