The TRUE TSSU-72-12M-B-HC Mega-Top Sandwich/Salad Unit with hydrocarbon refrigerant features 6" standard or seismic legs, or 2.5" castors, and factory-installed barrel locks. Options include additional shelves, single/double overshelves, a flat lid, and a sneezeguard. It has an 8 7/8" deep, 1/2" thick composite cutting board, crumb catcher, pan dividers, and an exterior digital temperature display. ADA compliant with a 34" work surface height.
