The TRUE TPP-AT-119D-2-HC is a versatile pizza prep table with solid doors and drawers, angled top, and hydrocarbon refrigerant. Features include 230-240V/50Hz operation, optional 6" standard/seismic legs or various castors, and barrel locks for doors. It comes with garnish racks, a half bun tray rack for up to eleven 18"x26" sheet pans, a 19½" deep composite cutting board, pan dividers, and an exterior round digital temperature display.
