The TRUE TPP-AT-119-HC~SPEC3 Solid Door Pizza Prep Table features an angled top and hydrocarbon refrigerant, operating at 230-240V/50Hz. It includes 6" standard or seismic legs and a choice of castors. Key features are factory-installed barrel locks (one per door), garnish racks, a half bun tray rack for up to eleven 18"L x 26"D sheet pans (sold separately), and a 19.5" deep, 1/2" thick composite cutting board.
