The TRUE TPP-AT-119-HC is a solid door pizza prep table with an angled top and hydrocarbon refrigerant. It operates on 230-240V/50Hz and includes 6" standard or seismic legs and a choice of castors. Features barrel locks (one per door), garnish racks, and a half bun tray rack for up to eleven 18"L x 26"D sheet pans (sold separately). Comes with a 19.5" deep, 1/2" thick composite cutting board and an exterior round digital temperature display. Upcharge and lead times may apply.
