The TRUE TSSU-27-08D-2-HC~SPEC3 Drawered Sandwich/Salad Unit with hydrocarbon refrigerant operates at 230-240V / 50 Hz. It features 6" standard or seismic/flanged legs, or 2.5” diameter castors, and an ADA-compliant 34" work surface height. Customizable with a single or double overshelf, flat lid, sneezeguard, and a range of cutting board options including a 11¾" deep composite board. Includes a crumb catcher, pan dividers, and an exterior digital temperature display. A Plexiglas lid cover and field-reversing hinge are also available. Upcharges and lead times may apply.
