The TRUE TSSU-72-08-ADA-HC is a solid door sandwich/salad unit with hydrocarbon refrigerant. Features include optional 6" standard or seismic legs, castors, barrel locks, and additional shelves. Choices include single or double overshelves, flat lid, sneezeguard, and various cutting boards. Crumb catcher and pan dividers are available. It has an exterior digital temperature display and ADA-compliant 34" work surface height. Upcharges and lead times may apply.
