The TRUE TSSU-27-08-HC~SPEC3 Solid Door Sandwich/Salad Unit with hydrocarbon refrigerant features an epoxy-coated evaporator to prevent corrosion. It includes a 11¾" deep, ½" thick removable cutting board made from high-density white polyethylene for a durable prep surface. The unit has a stainless steel, foam-insulated lid and hood to keep pan temperatures colder, lock in freshness, and reduce condensation, all of which are removable for easy cleaning. It comes standard with 8 clear polycarbonate food pans (1/6 size) and accommodates 6" deep food pans (supplied by others). The countertop pan opening is adaptable to various pan sizes with optional divider bars. NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for open food product.
