The TRUE TFP-48-18M Food Prep Unit features an epoxy-coated evaporator to prevent corrosion. It includes an 8" deep, full-length removable cutting board made from high-density white polyethylene. The stainless steel lid and hood are patented, foam-insulated to maintain colder pan temperatures, lock in freshness, and reduce condensation, and are easily removable for cleaning. It comes with 18 clear polycarbonate food pans (1/6 size), with a countertop opening adaptable to various pan sizes using optional divider bars. This unit meets NSF/ANSI Standard 7 for open food product storage.
