The TRUE TFP-32-12M Food Prep Unit features an epoxy-coated evaporator to prevent corrosion. It includes an 8" deep, full-length removable cutting board made from high-density polyethylene. The stainless steel lid and hood are foam-insulated to maintain colder pan temperatures and reduce condensation. It comes with 12 clear polycarbonate food pans (1/6 size) and has a countertop opening adaptable to various pan sizes with optional dividers. NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for open food product.
