The TRUE TS-23-2-HC is a reach-in stainless steel refrigerator with solid half swing doors and hydrocarbon refrigerant. Features include alternate door hinging (factory installed), additional shelves, and half door bun tray racks that hold up to eleven 18"L x 26"D sheet pans (sold separately).
