Custom options include 6" standard/seismic legs, 2.5" diameter castors, additional shelves, single/double overshelf, flat lid, sneezeguard, various cutting boards (white polyethylene and composite), crumb catcher, pan dividers, and ADA compliance with a 34" work surface height. It also includes a heavy-duty 16-gauge countertop.
