The TRUE TPP-AT-93D-2-HC Pizza Prep Table features solid doors and drawers, an angled top, and hydrocarbon refrigerant. It operates on 230-240V/50Hz. Options include 6" standard or seismic/flanged legs, or castors (4", 3", or 2½"). Includes factory-installed barrel locks (one per door), garnish racks, a half bun tray rack (holds up to eleven 18"x26" sheet pans), a 19½" deep, ½" thick composite cutting board, pan dividers, and an exterior round digital temperature display.
