The TRUE TPP-AT-67D-2-HC Pizza Prep Table features solid doors and drawers, an angled top, and hydrocarbon refrigerant. It operates on 230-240V/50Hz. Customizable with 6" standard or seismic/flanged legs, or various castor sizes (4", 3", 2½"). Options include a factory-installed barrel lock, garnish rack, single or double overshelf, half bun tray rack (holds up to eleven 18"x26" sheet pans), 19½" deep composite cutting board, pan dividers, and an exterior round digital temperature display.
